M P Jain Tubing Solution is the prime manufacturer and supplier of the Incoloy 800/800h/800ht Pipes & Tubes. Incoloy 800/800h/800ht is a nickel-iron-chromium alloy which is known for its good strength as well as excellent resistance to carburization and oxidation in elevated temperature environment. The nickel steel alloy is similar except for the high level of carbon in 800 H and the addition of 1.20% aluminum and titanium in 800 Ht. Incoloy 800 was modified to 800H to control carbon as well as grain size. This helped in optimizing the stress rupture properties. It is further modified to 800 Ht and titanium and aluminum is combined to offer high-temperature properties. The nickel content of this alloy offers resistance to chloride stress corrosion cracking and embrittlement from precipitation. The general resistance to corrosion of this alloy is also excellent. It shows superior creep strength. It is used in an application where temperature requirement is up to 110 degrees F. Incoloy 800/800h/800ht Tubes also show resistance to oxidation as well as nitriding atmosphere.

Incoloy 825 is a nickel-iron-chromium alloy with additions of molybdenum, copper and titanium. The chief characteristic of Incoloy 825 tubing is its corrosion resistance; the alloy was designed with a specific chemical composition that provides exceptional resistance too many corrosive environments such as sulfuric acid, phosphoric acid, sulfur containing flue gases, sour gas and oil wells, and sea water. It is similar to alloy 800 but has improved resistance to aqueous corrosion. It has excellent resistance to both reducing and oxidizing acids, to stress-corrosion cracking, and to localized attack such as pitting and crevice corrosion. Alloy 825 is especially resistant to sulfuric and phosphoric acids. The possession of this resistance to both general and localized corrosion under diverse conditions is what allows this alloy to have a broad usefulness and wide range of applications, many similar to those of Incoloy 20 tubing. Such applications include the handling of radioactive wastes, nuclear fuel reprocessing, pickling operations, acid production, oil and gas recovery, pollution control and chemical processing. This alloy offers exceptional resistance to corrosion by sulfuric and phosphoric acids and is often the most cost effective alloy in sulfuric acid service. Aiding resistance to pitting and crevice corrosion is one of the chief benefits of the molybdenum.

Inconel 601 is a nickel-chromium alloy used for applications that require resistance to corrosion and heat. This nickel alloy stands out due to its resistance to high temperature oxidation, remaining highly resistant to oxidation through 2200° F. Alloy 601 develops a tightly adherent oxide scale which resists spalling even under conditions of severe thermal cycling. This nickel alloy has good high temperature strength, and retains its ductility after long service exposure. It has good resistance to aqueous corrosion, high mechanical strength, and is readily formed, machined and welded. Inconel 601’s properties make it a material of broad utility in fields like thermal processing, chemical processing, pollution control, aerospace, and power generation. Then it is wrapped in thin plastic and also it ends are protected by plastic caps to avoid any damage in transit. Inconel Tubes is bundled in bubble wrap followed by assorting them in colored plastic bundles. An outer rope is tied to protect the tubing and they are packed in wooden box or container. M P Jain Provide Inconel Tubes with all necessary documents such as commercial invoice, packing list, Test Reports, HS Code, Country of Origin attested by the chamber of commerce, Fumigation Certificate, Warranty Letter, and Base Material Certificates. Every lot is supplied with a material test certificate as per EN 10204 NACE 3.1 standards indicating the chemical and mechanical properties of the Instrumentation Tubes. We also confirm the guarantee of the Inconel Tubes supplied as per Purchase order specifications and attest the same in the Material Test Certificate. We also welcome any third party inspection from an agency nominated by the customer to comply with NACE 3.2 Certification if required by the customer at an extra cost.

Nevertheless, Inconel ERW Pipes is resistant to most alkalis, salts, waters, food products, organic substances and atmospheric conditions at normal and elevated temperatures. Inconel EFW Pipes has good oxidation resistance in intermittent service to 870 Degree C and in continuous service to 925 Degree C.
