Nickel 200 Pipes are a commercially pure nickel that exhibits good corrosion resistance and has rather low electrical resistivity. These UNS N02200 Nickel 200 EFW Pipes are also being offered in different sizes and shapes to our customers. M P Jain Tubing Solution is specialized in manufacturing house of these quality Nickel 200 welded Pipes, which is a modification to control carbon which keeps it from being embrittled by inter – granular precipitates at temp. Of 600 Degree F - 1400 Degree F in various processes. Werkstoff Number 2.4066 round Nickel Pipes are solid solution strengthened, commercially pure wrought materials with good mechanical properties over a wide range of temperatures and excellent resistance to many corrosives, in particular hydroxides. Nickel 200 pipe is normally limited to those applications where the temperatures settings remain below 600° F. At higher temperatures, say beyond a temperature of 600° F, Nickel 200 products such as Nickel DIN NR. 2.4066 Pipe can suffer from graphitization.
