The Hastelloy material is a superalloy made up of chromium, nickel and molybdenum. It is generally considered the most versatile heat resistant and corrosion resistant alloy available. Alloy C-276 offers excellent resistance to pitting, stress-corrosion cracking, and high temperature atmospheres. Additionally, due to its low carbon content, C-276 resists the formation of grain boundary precipitates in the weld-affected zone making it useful for applications in the as-welded condition. This composition gives the Alloy C276 Pipe a versatile corrosion resistant property. The material is very much resistant to most chemicals and corrosive environments. The anticorrosive and anti-oxidation nature comes from the chromium and molybdenum components. The strength and precipitation resistance properties of the ASTM B619 N10276 Hastelloy Pipe come from the nickel and the tungsten components of the material. The pipe could be produced cold drawn or hot rolled. The cold drawn ones are seamless. The Hastelloy C276 Seamless Pipe has a high precision in dimensions. M P Jain Tubing Solutions offers a wide range of Hastelloy Tubes, which is particularly resistant to pitting and crevice corrosion. Hastelloy C276 Seamless Tubes is a nickel – molybdenum – chromium super – alloy with an addition of tungsten designed to have excellent corrosion resistance in a wide range of severe environments. Hastelloy C22 Welded Tubes are nickel base corrosion and temperature resistant alloys which are classified as moderate to difficult when machining. Hastelloy B2 Tubes is a solid solution strengthened, nickel – molybdenum alloy, with significant resistance to reducing environments like hydrogen chloride gas, and sulphuric, acetic and phosphoric acids.

- Packaging Details: Hastelloy Tubes are surface wash and clean to remove all impurities and stock in the warehouse. Then it is wrapped in thin plastic and also it ends are protected by plastic caps to avoid any damage in transit. Hastelloy Tubes is bundled in bubble wrap followed by assorting them in colored plastic bundles. An outer rope is tied to protect the tubing and they are packed in wooden box or container. M P Jain Provide Hastelloy Tubes with all necessary documents such as commercial invoice, packing list, Test Reports, HS Code, Country of Origin attested by the chamber of commerce, Fumigation Certificate, Warranty Letter, and Base Material Certificates. Every lot is supplied with a material test certificate as per EN 10204 NACE 3.1 standards indicating the chemical and mechanical properties of the Instrumentation Tubes. We also confirm the guarantee of the Hastelloy Tubes supplied as per Purchase order specifications and attest the same in the Material Test Certificate. We also welcome any third party inspection from an agency nominated by the customer to comply with NACE 3.2 Certification if required by the customer at an extra cost.

M P Jain Tubing Solution is an acknowledged manufacturing house of Hastelloy C22 Pipes, which is a fully austenitic nickel-based super alloy. Hastelloy C22 Seamless Pipes is a most versatile nickel-chromium-molybdenum-tungsten alloy available with improved resistance to both uniform and localized corrosion as well as to a variety of mixed industrial chemicals. The high chromium content in Hastelloy WNR 2.4602 Pipes provides good resistance to oxidizing media while the molybdenum and tungsten content give good resistance to reducing media. Hastelloy C22 Pipes provides resistance to general corrosion, pitting, crevice corrosion, intergranular attack, and stress corrosion cracking. Hastelloy C22 Pipe can be used under sea water and other chloride rich environment. The material is resistant to chloride ion corrosion stress cracking. ASME SB 622 N06022 Hastelloy Pipe can last longer under corrosive environments, becoming a cost effective alternative in a long run. The ASTM B619 C22 Hastelloy Round Pipe is the most used shape of the pipes.
