Finned Tubes are a series of tubes used in applications involving the transfer of heat from a hot fluid to a cold fluid through a tube wall. In other words, finned tubes use their “fins” to increase the surface area against which the outside fluid comes in contact. The tube then exchanges the heat between the fluid inside the tube and the fluid outside of the tube. These tubes are often made with Stainless Steel, specifically 300 and 400 series, because of a few key characteristics that the specialty metal boasts.
Stainless Steel Fin Tubes are processed out of various Grades of both Seamless and Welded Plain Tubes.
Plain Stainless Steel Tubes will be procured from well known Indian plain tube manufacturers, as per material specification and Customer requirement, for processing Fin Tubes.
Plain Stainless Steel Tubes will be procured for finning, duly Hydro Tested and Eddy Current Tested as per material specification and code, from plain tube manufacturers only, as per customer requirement.

End Cross Tubes (High Efficiency Tubes) are manufactured out of plain Copper and Stainless Steel Tubes of size : 15.88mm and 19.05mm OD Tubes with plain tube thicknesses of minimum 0.55mm upto 1.25mm.
This End Cross Tubes are used extensively for Vapour Absorber Chillers (VAC). Absorption Chillers are generally used, Steam or hot water to drive the lithium bromide refrigeration cycle but certainly can use some other heat sources as well.

Finned tubes are elongated flat tubes with brazed aluminium fins made of carbon steel coated with aluminium. These tubes are part of a network of heat exchangers. The fins have an advantage over standard tubes because they make more contact with the liquid outside. Heat transfer from the liquid inside the tube to the liquid outside is accelerated as a result. In a normal tube, heat exchange would be much slower.

Finned tubes are especially useful in air heat exchangers. In an air heat exchanger, heat is transferred between a liquid and a gas. Because the heat coefficient of the airside is lower, a finned tube can be extremely useful. The increased surface area of a finned tube allows for faster heat transfer between the components.

These fin tubes with Internal Ribs (Turbo Chill Tubes) are manufactured out of Plain Tubes of size : 15.88mm OD up to 25.40mm OD, Wallthickness of the plain tubes from 0.71mm to 1.62mm.

Tubes having externally enhanced surface area with Integrally helical ribs on the inner side, improving inside heat transfer co-efficiency.

90:10 Cupro-Nickel exhibits excellent resistance to impingement attack. This alloy is suitable for Marine condenser tubes, especially where higher water velocities are encountered.

70:30 Cupro-Nickel has in general, the best resistance of any of the copper alloys to impingement attack and to corrosion from most acids and waters. It is being used in severe corrosive conditions in which service lives longer than those of other copper alloys are desired.
These fin tubes are manufactured out of Cupro-Nickel tubes of Minimum 9.52mm OD up to 25.40mm OD. Wallthickness of the plain tubes varies from 1.21mm upto 2.77mm, depending upon the technical Parameters, required by customer.
